The Data
Selection form is where a user specifies the input and output file to
be processed for display in the COVeRTM environment. The
resulting
.cvr file may simply be loaded the next time the results are needed.
Furthermore, the independent specification of the Group File
allows for various group definitions to be used without the need to
regenerate the .cvr file.

Data Selection
The Output
File is specified to extract:
- Temperatures
- Heat Dissipations
- Conductor Values
- Capacitances
The Input
File is specified to extract Conductor node pairs for heat
flow calculations
The Env
Heat File is used to specify environmental heating
(independent of total dissipation)
The Radk
File is used to specify external radks to differentiate
from other radiatve couplings
The Env
Heat File and Radk
File can be combined to calculate Backloads or Equivalent
Sinks
The Group
File is specified to define the Component (Group) based on
the individual nodes
Filtering can be used to:
- Reduce the number of timesteps
- Reduce the total network if only a subset is of
interest
